This Privacy Policy explains how X3 Fleet Safety LLC ("X3") collects, uses, and protects information when you use X3 Workforce at x3workforce.com (the "Service").

• Account information — name, business/company name, email, and login credentials.
• Carrier & compliance data — information you provide or upload (e.g., USDOT number, driver and vehicle records, documents) so the Service can do its job.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, device/browser info, and log data.
• Payment data — processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service and its compliance outputs.
• To authenticate you, process payments, and provide support.
• To communicate about your account, security, and service changes.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.

3. How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service under confidentiality obligations — for example: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting/security), Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (data storage), and, where you use those features, vetting/screening providers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion (subject to legal retention needs).

8. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
